O Ágar seletivo para Bacillus cereus (MYP) de acordo com Mossel é utilizado para a detecção e enumeração de esporos e formas vegetativas de Bacillus cereus em alimentos. A fórmula padrão atende à composição do ágar MYP (manitol, gema de ovo e polimixina) definida nas normas NF EN ISO 7932 e NF EN ISO 21871.
